Fitness sessions are done in alignment with your goals, and routine body composition measurements are done to measure your progress. Not only does CardioActive include science-backed programming from decades of battle-tested programming, but it also includes virtual training when traveling for work.

What qualifications and experience do your trainers have?

All of our staff have a minimum of the 400 hour CardioActive in-house training as well as many of the following certifications including NASM, ISSA, and NPTI.

How do you track progress and ensure I’m not wasting time?

We routinely test strength metrics, body composition, performance benchmarks, and ongoing assessments. These tests are optional and highly recommended.

How often do I need to train to see results?

Most high-performing clients succeed with 2–4 structured sessions per week, supported by a managed plan outside sessions.
