Yes. During a Fitness and Nutrition strategy call you would discuss flexible scheduling; exactly how a program would be built around your schedule. When your schedule changes, we adapt by finding a solution that still works for you. Fitness sessions are done in-alignment with your goals and routine body composition measurements are done to measure your progress. Not only does CardioActive include science-backed programming from decades of battle-tested programming, but it also includes virtual training when traveling for work.
All workouts include a coaching element which educates, holds accountable, and develops your lifestyle to optimal health through a variety of nutritional education, metabolic testing, macro-nutrient balancing, nutrient cycling, ketogenesis management, and supplement management. Equipment provided and included in the service.
All of our staff have a minimum of 400 hours of CardioActive in-house training, as well as many of the following certifications, including NASM, ISSA, and NPTI.
We routinely test strength metrics, body composition, performance benchmarks, and ongoing assessments. These tests are optional and highly recommended.
Most high-performing clients succeed with 2–4 structured sessions per week, supported by a managed plan outside sessions.
