I'm Trey Harris!

I’ve spent the past 25 years coaching individuals across all fitness levels—from complete beginners to competitive athletes—helping them build stronger, healthier, and more resilient lives.

I earned my degree from Duke University, where I competed as an NCAA wrestler. That experience shaped my foundation in discipline, metabolic conditioning, and high-performance training—principles I still apply with every client today.

My journey into fitness began with a simple but powerful belief: living a healthier life should feel empowering, not overwhelming. Over time, that belief evolved into a career dedicated to helping people unlock more energy, confidence, and long-term well-being through structured, intentional coaching.
