Midtown Trainers was built from a simple belief: living a healthier life should feel empowering, not overwhelming. My journey into fitness started with a genuine passion for helping others experience more energy, confidence, and happiness in their daily lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning alongside incredible teammates, trainers, and coaches who shaped not only my technical skills but also my perspective on what true wellness looks like.
At my core, I’m deeply empathetic—I understand that every person brings unique challenges, goals, and motivations. That’s why I’ve always focused on meeting people where they are, creating an environment that feels supportive, personalized, and achievable.

The first fourteen days are structured with fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle sessions to maximize your metabolic shift and ignite ketosis. You will notice a significant difference in how much better you feel - increased energy, better sleep, lower stress, increased mental sharpness, improved libido, and more productivity. Results depend on consistency, starting point, and program design—our signature CardioActive™ program shows significant increase in lean muscle and fat loss within the first 2-3 weeks.
Yes. During a Fitness and Nutrition strategy call you would discuss flexible scheduling; exactly how a program would be built around your schedule. When your schedule changes, we adapt by finding a solution that still works for you. Fitness sessions are done in-alignment with your goals and routine body composition measurements are done to measure your progress. Not only does CardioActive include science-backed programming from decades of battle-tested programming, but it also includes virtual training when traveling for work.
All workouts include a coaching element which educates, holds accountable, and develops your lifestyle to optimal health through a variety of nutritional education, metabolic testing, macro-nutrient balancing, nutrient cycling, ketogenesis management, and supplement management. Equipment provided and included in the service.
All of our staff have a minimum of 400 hours of CardioActive in-house training, as well as many of the following certifications, including NASM, ISSA, and NPTI.
We routinely test strength metrics, body composition, performance benchmarks, and ongoing assessments. These tests are optional and highly recommended.
Most high-performing clients succeed with 2–4 structured sessions per week, supported by a managed plan outside sessions.
Premium in-home services means we bring equipment and design sessions around your environment. A wide range of equipment is available for use.
In-home concierge training eliminates wasted time—no commuting, waiting, or navigating crowded gyms—so your sessions are efficient and seamless. It delivers true personalization, with every workout tailored to your goals, body, schedule, and environment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Accountability is significantly higher since your trainer comes to you, making consistency far easier to maintain. Very flexible & highly adaptive. When rescheduling, or juggling travel adjustments, we are consistently available to help you stay on track when your schedule unexpectedly shifts.
We stand behind our process with a clear, conditional guarantee: if you commit to the program—show up consistently, follow your personalized plan, and communicate with your coach—you will see measurable progress. If not, we continue working with you at no additional cost until you do.
