In Atlanta by way of Austin, Texas, Jay has 12 years of experience coaching collegiate soccer players at the University of Texas and University of Iowa.

Jay spent 4 years as the goalkeeper at the University of Tennessee where she went on to major in Sport Management and minor in Business. During her time with the Vols, she was named All-American as a goalkeeper, named SEC Tournament MVP, won 2 SEC Championships, nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year, and played for the United States Youth National Team. Following an illustrious soccer career

I’m really enjoying my time here doing the H.A.T.S. program. I was in a car accident with a tractor-trailer, and have only been able to lift 2lbs for over a year. Just two weeks in the program I’m able to comfortably do 10lb weights. A random dog came charging at me, and I was able to lift my 65lb husky and run away with him in my arms. I was never able to lift him even before the accident. I’m getting stronger and healthier every week. I’ve already lost a pants size went from a 10 to a 8 in just two weeks.
