With over five years in the fitness industry, Zahria has worked one-on-one with a multitude of clients that has enabled her to adapt to almost every client’s individual needs.

Zahria’s passion for fitness started early on when she started playing competitive volleyball at a young age. This passion, compounded with a Bachelor of Science in Movement and Exercise Science from San Francisco State University and a personal training certification from the
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), ensures that she has a deep understanding of what it takes to look and feel your best. Furthermore, as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist with experience in physical therapy, she specializes in workouts that are just as safe as they are

Zahria is driven to excellence by the endless gratitude expressed by her previous clients. She genuinely enjoys working with clients to reach their best and most confident selves.

I’ve been working out consistently for about a month and a half with Ty. He’s amazing! He keeps things interesting. We never do the same routine twice. He’s quick to push me when I need it especially since I’m not a morning person and the morning is the only time I can workout. He’s invested and very knowledgeable.
