OUR GYM

Enjoying your workout is as much about having the right trainer as it is about having a comfortable friendly atmosphere. Upon entering our fitness studio, everyone comments on how much it does not feel like a gym. We’re not a gym, we’re a private 1-on-1 studio where your privacy and personal attention are held in the highest regard. With this 1-on-1 attention, we’re able to provide a concierge level service and maximize every minute of your workout session.

Among the numerous large rooms, you will find each has its own purpose for your workout. During a warm-up you would meet familiar faces among the many long-term clients in the cardio room. In addition, there are five 1-on-1 workout rooms dedicated to each trainer; inside each of which you will find a combination of workout accessories and equipment to give you an endless workout variety. This indoor/outdoor workout facility combines for a total of 6,000 square feet.

We’re different than your traditional fitness studio because we don’t offer group classes. We specialize in 1-on-1 personal training known as CardioActive. This is a dynamic program with three primary components: Nutrition, Cardio, & Strength. Each of these three components have multiple steps and challenges.
