At Midtown Trainers, we are known for our CardioActive fitness program. CardioActive is the type of functional resistance cardio training that incorporates the use of a heart rate monitor and variable levels of strength-training to maximize lean muscle growth and rapid calorie burn.

In most cases, cardioactive workouts burn over 1,000 calories per hour.

We use a hybrid of strength-training techniques (free weights/kettlebells/barbells) and endurance training (short bursts of rapid-to-slow movement) to build stamina and strength.
