Midtown Trainers is awesome. I have been working out here for 2 months now. I am already seeing great results. I am down 12 pounds and building muscle. Ty and Demetria are awesome. The workouts are never boring and really work your whole body. They also provide you additional tips outside of your scheduled workouts (workouts to do at home, nutrition advice, etc.). The custom meal plan is also great and really helps in combination with the training sessions. Ultimately, Midtown Trainers is not just a gym, it is a fitness family that goes above and beyond to make sure your goals are met. I couldn’t have picked a better place to start a healthy lifestyle and get fit!
